Impacts and implementation

From 2000 to 2020, we played a pivotal role in Senegal’s electrification efforts, conducting a range of studies including local electrification plans for concession preparation, developing procedural manuals for license and concession allocation, and enhancing productive uses in rural electrification.

Our journey took a significant turn in 2024, marking our permanent presence in the country. This began with the initiation of technical assistance at the end of 2022 for the coordination and monitoring of the Universal Access Program. In the same year, we undertook project management with Senelec to oversee the construction of distribution networks. Adding to our portfolio, we launched an EPC activity by constructing a self-production plant utilizing rice husk gasification for a rice mill in the Senegal River area.

Team

Our permanent team is based in Dakar, sharing office space with our partner, MSA Senegal.
